I have visited Juanita Diavola on 3 occasions--September 2015: it was excellent, in January 2017: so-so and most recently in April 2017: terrible. Let me get right to the points here--first, there was a pitcher of a vibrant red "agua" on the counter so intrigued and ready to order it, I asked our server "what drink is that?" to which... More

My family and I went here twice during our recent visit to Tulum. The pizza is really good! My 6-year old daughter is very picky about her food and she asked to go back as she liked the pizza so much. They have specialty pizzas but you can order cheese and pepperoni. They have salads, pastas and other main dishes.

Had to ask for a glass to drink bottle water. $370 lobster pizza was cold - lobster was hot. Chardonnay ordered, other random wine served. On the top of it a 15% gratuity is applied to the bill. With a decent service and a minimum of care for the food - what kind of pizzeria serves cold pizza?? - it... More

We came here for lunch one day based on a reommendation and loved it! Even though love Mexican food, we needed a one meal break so came here for the wood fired pizzas and loved it. I got the Margherita and my husband got the pizza with shrimps and he still talks about it to this day. We actually ate... More

Beautiful setting for a lovely dinner in Tulum. This was our favorite restaurant during our stay in Tulum. We had the pizza and the rissotto - both were amazing. Our son really loved the pizza without red sauce but instead olive oil. Large portions and good prices. Great for a romantic dinner or family dinner.

We stayed at a hotel a half mile away and walked to the restaurant in the evening. We were very eager to eat here as we'd had it on our list for months prior to arrival. The waiter asked for us to order "everything at one time" so we did. 30 minutes later we didn't have water...or my pina colada...or... More

Ate here twice on our recent trip to Tulum. The first visit was excellent, the staff were very friendly and the wood fired pizzas were delicious. On our second visit the service was very slow and we ended up having to collect our pizzas from the pass ourselves rather than watch them grow cold. The food was delicious again but... More

Connected to the Coco Tulum Hotel. Good breakfast options, fresh pizza oven on site, and music on certain nights. Tips are automatically included.....rather presumptuous. Not directly on the beach, and very close to the road.

We had cocktails here a few nights and they were amazing. Fresh fruit perfection. The bartender also let us try this great salt/orange combo when we tasted mezcal. We returned one evening for dinner and the food was very good. Pizza was good, definitely not the best in the world, but very good. My boyfriend had the lasagna and was... More

Service not up to par and the prosciutto tasted like shoe leather. The arugula salad came sans arugula. They comped us lattes - but we were very disappointed after a really nice dinner and good experience a few nights before. What a difference a day makes. But that just seems to be luck of the draw. I also wish my... More
