This place was recommended to us by our tour guide. It is located in the vendor village at the Tulum Ruins. I am so glad that we stopped there for lunch! The food is authentic, delicious and plentiful! Beware of the salsa ( I believe it was Aye aye aye sauce). I loved it, but it is heavy with habanero... More

A quick lunch here, on the way back from the ruins. Easy to enjoy! Salsa is hot, be forewarned, but service was quick and efficient.

Stopped for lunch at Frosty's after visiting the Mayan ruins. The restaurant had been recommended by our tour guide so we decided to give it a chance. We had 7 girls aged 15-18 and 4 adults and everyone enjoyed their food! The wait staff couldn't have been nicer and the food was delicious. The price was very reasonable for the... More

I always do my best to try the local food and drinks. This place fit the bill. Although busy the staff was friendly and welcoming. We could see them cooking and preparing the food. We had the fish tacos which were excellent and I tried Barrilito Beer which I have never heard of before. It was pretty good beer. You... More

Popped in for a spot of lunch after visiting the Mayan ruins a little further up the road. Although it was rammed the staff were very accommodating and attentive. The food was tasty, honest and very reasonably priced considering its location. Highly recommend for a spot of lunch.

This is a local place just as you enter Tulum. It is very quick and good -- literally you will be served 2 minutes after you place your order. Food and service is outstanding.

Frosty's is in the area of tourist shops before you go into the Mayan Ruins. The location is near the parking lot which in my case is where the tour bus let us off and also our guide gave the recomendation of good and affordable food. The Quesadilla my friend ordered looked more like a burrito but she said it... More

From the outside, the restaurant looks like a tourist trap, so we were had low expectations. we were pleasantly surprised by the service and variety and quality of the food.

We spent a couple hours touring Tulum and a couple more going through the tourist shops and worked up a pretty good appetite. There are many little food stops to choose from and this just happened to be the one closest to us when we stopped for lunch. Good thing it was, it does not look like much but the... More

We visited here on our way back from seeing the Tulum ruins. The food was really reasonable and the fish Tacos were really good. The first time I tried them and I was very impressed. I will come back again next time I visit Tulum.
