My husband and I went for dinner and there was a great, chill vibe. Mostly couples. It was one of our last nights in Tulum and we were looking for a nice, relaxing night. There was live music and wonderful beach views. I wasn't sure what I was in the mood for, so I asked the waiter for a recommendation.... More

We had breakfast here twice and the view is amazing!! The food was so awesome - it was so, so good! They had beer with chilada setups early, and our waiter was so cool - and he looked like the guy from the movie 300! What a cool place, right on the water!!

THis is a quaint eatery with charming multi-colored tables and chairs. I give it five stars for its location on the beach with views of the rocks, pelicans and coast line. It isn't too far along the beach road and has good parking. The food and drink is reasonable value, if nothing spectacular - but then it isn't setting out... More

We asked at the hotel reception desk if we could park bikes, swim then get a table for a meal. They were very accommodating. We had a swim and a beer on the beach, then a delicious meal of grilled fish, guac, black beans and a killer habanero salsa. Great vibe, friendly staff and a perfect view facing Sian ka'an.

Spent one week, everything is perfect, cabanas bigger than normally at Tulum. The beach is just few steps from restaurant and cabanas

We stayed at Zamas for 4 nights and loved the atmosphere and food at the restaurant so much that we hesitated going anywhere else for a meal. ( we did venture out one eve and while the food was good it was no where near the same vibe! Our waiters at Zamas definitely added to our positive experience and kept... More

Zamas was the perfect spot for our bachelorette/girls trip getaway. We were a group of 6 sharing one of the cabanas and found it to be very spacious and comfortable. Honestly, all of the hotels on the beach side of Tulum are pretty incredible. Zamas is one of the first that you reach when coming from the town of Tulum... More

The beachfront setting could not be more beautiful. Bar was good, and the food, though simple, was very nicely prepared. Only the dessert--an American-style key lime pie--failed to live up to the standard set by everything else. Service was efficient, if not overly friendly. Still in all, a very enjoyable visit.

We have only dined for lunch there, having found this little gem 2 years ago. Go to the Tulum ruins in the morning and end here for lunch. It is about 4 km south of the ruins on the beach road that leads to Sian Kian. Colorful and in a very picturesque setting, the food here is "fun Mexican" and... More
