Highly recommend this place. We go regularly and are locals in Tulum so know the good spots. It's off the main street so never too busy but central and great food. All the tapas is great, they do really good meat (salami and pastami) with cheese platters and the paella is amazing.

I have eaten here twice and both times were quite enjoyable. A good variety of tapas, with something for everyone. Paella was also good. I would consider this restaurant mid-priced. A great little place to enjoy some wine while sampling a variety of foods. Of course I will eat here again. Staff are very attentive and pleasant.

Sent here by an Akumal bartender, and so glad we were! Just off the main strip, so a place we easily would have missed otherwise. Tried several tapas for lunch. The meatballs had a great chili/cumin spice that was outstanding. Garlic shrimp perfectly cooked, with a little chili cooked down in the oil. Both served with fresh baguette for sopping... More

The menu was a diverse listing of tapas and interesting Spain dishes. However, we went here based on the positive reviews of the paella. We ordered the seafood paella but we were ignored for the next 30 minutes. My husband had to flag down the owner, who walked by us several times without even looking at us, to ask for... More

La Gloria de Don Pepe is a tiny Spanish tapa restaurant tucked away down a side street. It has several vegetarian options: a potato omelette (delicious), 2 eggplant tapas (also delicious), and 2 can order vegetarian paella. Friendly staff. Good wine Bev

Good selection of tapas, and all very tasty. Cosy and cool on the inside, there always seems to be a good crowd here. Portions were decent. Owner was friendly. Service was efficient. A bit pricey, but the quality and vibe more than make up for this.

Small very casual restaurant where you sit out on the sidewalk. It is cooler than inside and only 6 tables out there so don't go during the rush. The paella and the meatballs were excellent. This is cAsh only as is most places in Tulum.

This is a small restaurant that is a true hidden gem. Best paella and tapas served by friendly staff, so good we had to go back to sample more of their delicious food.

Been coming here a few times and I really like this small family style restaurant. The food is very typical and genuine Catalan. Of my favorites I would mention the pulpo, papa frita and Paella.

The smell & sight of a mixed paella as I passed a tiny "hole-in-the-wall" restaurant near Mama's Home Hostal on Calle Orion stopped me in my tracks! Unfortunately, the Barcelona Expat owner said a minimum order was 2 portions (2 x Pesos 165 - near US$17). But tbe tapa menu was extensive and reasonable: toasted bread (included), Escalivada (grilled eggplant... More
