This is the place to have French breakfast in Playa del Carmen. The croissants and the baguette are really good. They also offers a few menu for breakfast and lunch. You can take to go or eat there. You can also try some of their Patisseries, i just love them !

A young Frenchman makes the croissants each morning at 5am. I was there when they open at 8am for the croissants and Espresso. He also makes Pretty, small desserts for later in the day or nice host gifts ; and the daytime meal offerings include crepes.

Fortunately I found this little place not far from my hotel. I felt rid of a breakfast with eggs only. Everyday I enjoyed Croissants and Café latte or Cappuccino in this little restaurant -runned by a french guy. Everyone was friendly and the place is quiet and relaxed... go for it! Regards to the owner! :-)

I discovered this adorable little cafe because it was next to my hotel. I would see people sitting, enjoying their coffees, and decided to go in. It's pink color, strategically placed chickens do not detract from the friendly, hospitable service. Light menu, croissants, fruit, and Delicious coffee made just for you with a smile. And by the way, free WI-FI... More

Ran into this place with my husband, and man we were pleasantly surprised. The gelato is as good as the one in Italy, portions are very generous, and price is very reasonable. A must go to

I dropped in to grab chocolate gifts to go. They offered several samples which helped define the gifts I purchased. The Chile Chocolate bar is amazing! Got an iced tea to go! Glad I stopped by.

Not sure when I last reviewed this place but I know I haven't done it since my last visit to Playa in Sept'15, so here it is... this place has the best gelato (ice cream) in Playa del Carmen, and it's not really even close! In addition, it's very fairly priced... about 40% less than any of the many Aldos... More
