My waitress at Pinguino’s stole my phone. I laid my phone on the table. When I didn't see my phone, I asked the waitress if she had seen it. She said no. She then started to take pictures with my phone, which subsequently uploaded to my computer. The hotel was completely unhelpful in retrieving my phone or taking any action... More

We had taken a snorkeling trip to the Island, and weren't scheduled to eat for two more hours. We came upon this quaint and shady outdoor restaurant, and were very happy with the quick service and great food. It was more then reasonably priced.

This was our third and probably last visit to Pinguino. The view is nice and the location is good, but... The Margaritas were rather small, expensive (100 pesos) and felt watered down. You get Margaritas twice as large and great tasting at Mininos across the street for 80 pesos. Our fish tacos were probably stuffed with stingray, which is a low... More

We needed somewhere to eat after coming off the ferry, before our accommodations were ready. I'm glad we chose Pinguino! We had all our luggage and they had no issue. Our server even moved a fan closer to our table to help us cool down after walking over. The food was tasty and the drinks were good! I had the... More

We ordered chicken nachos and a chicken quesadilla for lunch and 2 margaritas. Drinks were horrible, service was okay. They do have wifi. The view was nice. We all had a little stomach ache after wards. Budget friendly!

We stopped here for lunch on a day trip to Isla Mujeres. The restaurant was clean and had a gorgeous view right over the central beach back towards Cancun. Staff was friendly and helpful and the food was really good. We kept it simple-- chicken fajitas and beef arrochada (?) tacos, both served with black beans and rice. For two... More

The food is amazing and the view is gorgeous. The juice is fresh daily and the menu is even available at the beach.

This was one of the worst meals we had in Mexico. The chicken fajitas had zero flavour and we're dry. The steak was passable and the Mayan chicken tasted very similar to the buffet chicken we had earlier in the trip. Avoid unless everywhere else is full.

We had breakfast here one morning during our stay. The food was average at best, very bland and the service was lacking. I had to go find a waitress for condiments and to get my check. There are lots of better places to eat.

Stumbled upon this place with my wife for some breakfast. Waitress always had a bad mood and at the end they charged me her tip. Food was good, we had a baguette and some chilaquiles
