We have gone to Kinta Restaurant the past 8 plus years when on island of Cozumel and have not been disappointed. Tonight we all had the snapper grilled in caste iron skillets with veggies on side. Fish was moist and fresh. Also tried the old fashioned margaritas and definitely tasty. USA's dollar to peso exchange makes this spot a good... More

Exquisitely prepared unusual dishes seasoned perfectly. Lots of choices but no beef at least during our visit. Excellent service. Would like to try their sister restaurant Condessa.

This is a hidden gem in Cozumel! It has a wonderful outdoor garden dining area in the back which isn't visible from the street. It is perfect for a romantic dinner! The food is exceptionally good and the presentation is great. They have a great selection of wines. I would highly recommend experiencing Kinta when vacationing in Cozumel.

Best meal during our Yucatan visit. Two fabulous salads, fresh and creative. Mine with ricotta that tasted of ricotta (rare event!) elegantly presented. Then a fish filet cooked in the wood burning oven in a cast iron skillet so that it kept deliciously warmed throughout the dinner. Exquisite! The pork rib (huge!) was also very tasty, tender and enriched with... More

This is a nice restaurant slightly off of 5th avenue, close to down town. The food was excellent- we ordered the elotes, pasta kahlo and the seafood enchiladas. The pasta was one of the best dishes I've had while traveling. It was moderately spicy and the flavors came together excellently. The service was friendly and efficient. We are in the... More

Just got back from Kinta. We ate in the back garden on a warm but pleasant evening. We had a bit of everything..squid small plate, pesto flatbread as apps. Mojito and a Sol for drinks. All were quite good. The dinners were outstanding. Fire grilled red snapper was very tasty but the star of the evening was the short ribs.... More

Seven adults enjoyed a early dinner here at the recommendation of Lonely Planet. We enjoyed a variety of foods from seafood to beef. The flavors were good - there was a lot of "try this, taste this" going on across plates. The presentations were good. Our server was attentive. As we were there in December it was a little dark... The grilled corn appetizer was superb. Everything was novel and tasty and presented nicely. Our favorite place here.

We stopped in at Kondesa for dinner but they were full. We headed down the street to it's sister restaurant, Kinta, also recommended by our Bike Cozumel Tour Guide, and had a wonderful meal. We always look for creative good local food and definitely recommend Kinta. We shared a fish ceviche and tuna tartar. Sandy had the pollo tamchen, chicken... More

Family dinner started with a truly delicious salad. I wish I could remember what the dressing. Shared with my son and we ate every bite. For dinner I loved the chili relleno which was moderately spicy and delicious. Others in the group enjoyed fish which was perfectly cooked and seasoned. The warm chocolate cake was a great sweet end to... More
