Great place on the outskirts of town. Went there when staying at scuba club. Had the fajitas they were great . I figured try somewhere else the next night and the food was horrible so back to Jeanies I went. Had the tacos, steak tampiquena...and the shrimp Diablo. Three beers and dinner for 25 bucks not a bad deal at all ! The folks here were happy that you stopped in and were as attentive as it gets. Teodoro the waiter was outstanding! This place rocks good food service and price I ate there 3/5 nights! No need to walk into townMore
Food not up to par and service was terrible. Sent grandsons meal back and got him a hamburger and they would not take it off the bill. Looked like water bottles had the seal broken with they brought the to the table
We came at 1030am on friday. No wait, seated with a great view of the ocean. The prices were very affordable, the food was the best breakfast we have had on our trip, and the orange juice had to have been fresh squeezed! The waitstaff...was courteous and efficient. Will absolutely be back.More
I went to this establishment for two weeks to swim and eat. It is very tasty and all the servers are very friendly and attentive. However, I will not go again as the manager is extremely rude. As he tells me a reservation is coming...and I have to move from my table, I ask him which table and he dismissively points at one. When I told him that the hostess sat me there, he says he is the captain. Then I stood up and while he was setting the table for the people that were going to arrive he left me standing there in the sun, without any apology. As I sat down at a table I asked him if he could put an umbrella, since the sun was very strong and he did so but very reluctantly after a while. On the other hand, when I wanted to go swimming, the people who have an activity there told me that I couldn't because their tubes were there, that I had to get in without getting close to them, this is not possible since they block the access to the sea. After all I left, because although I like it, the treatment surpasses the goodMore
Beautiful patio table with a view of the water. We had grilled shrimp and fajitas respectively. Relaxing atmosphere and great prices. Cheesecake for desert was top notch. Walked the patio and steps behind the Barracuda Hotel where the restaurant is and saw an octopus on...the steps and fish in the clear water at night. Wonderful.More
