I loved the attention that we got from the staff all night, but my shout out has to go to the chef...Ali (Alicia) the Tuna appetizer was spot on , followed by 2 different versions of blackened Ahi, my wife,s more spicy, mine a little...less. Sautéed spinach and amazing truffle mashed potatoes. The dinner rolls were one of a kind like I have never had before...I will let you get pleasantly surprised like I did...delicious and unique! And don’t forget the Tarimasu! I don’T know what was best the food, the service or our conversation with the chef!More

Ramona—-WOW!! What an amazing dining experience. It first starts just entering the magnificent Nizuc property which is absolutely magnificent. Ramona is situated with a water and beautiful sunset view and is totally romantic and relaxing. The service was impeccable and our server Pablo was incredibly...attentive. He brought many ore dishes made but the chef which were all delicious and then we had wonderful appetizers in addition rap the kale salad and mushroom soup . The main courses were exquisite spanning from the catch of the day, cochinita pibil, chicken mole and we are to our hearts delight: the deserts were out of this world, and I was already full from dinner and couldn’t stop eating them. The tres leches, coffee chocolate dish, Caribbean creamy were delectable. The manager Adam came over as die the chef Eduardo Torres to complete our special experience. This restaurant should have a Michelin Star rating. Loved every bite and every second! Dr. Sheri Rowen from Newport Beach , CAMore

Really enjoyed Ramona! Excellent food made with local ingredients in a high end setting inside the luxurious Nizuc hotel. The veal barbacoa was absolutely delightful! Excellent service and good cocktails. Definitely a must if you’re a big foodie visiting Cancun. I wouldn’t say overpriced because...it was worth it but definitely on the expensive side!More

So, we always stay at the JW but we have a friend at this restaurant who invited us over so we could visit with him and try their food. He is now the manager of this restaurant. He and the chef decided that they were...going to do a course sampler. I was very impressed. They did a salad first, then a Mexican fish, rack of lamb, and pig as well. My favorite was the fish, it was a very calm taste but tasty. He also did agua fresca's(my favorite thing of the whole night). He did a lemongrass one, a passion fruit and pineapple one, a mamae with a tiny bit of bailey's(best combo ever btw), Horchata, and a beet one. Then for dessert, we got a tres leche cake which was very good and had a great presentation. All in all, I would say it was a great night. The only reason I say 4 stars is because it is a little pricey and I feel as if they could give you a bigger portion all in all. The staff was so sweet and our friend is doing a great job. If you decide to eat here, the manager(Adan) is doing a fantastic job. It was so great to see you and keep up the good work!!! As a seasoned Cancun traveler, I would recommend this place!More

Could not have picked a better restaurant for our last night in Cancun/Nizuc. Beautifully prepared and presented. Service top notch. We enjoyed eating on the Semi-enclosed porch. Roasted tomato soup, Tuna Carnitas and Beef Filet. Both offered the traditional mexican flavors in upscale presentations. This...is not your Guac and Chips kind of place. Always a treat to get an amuse bouche and chocolates to finish your meal.More

This restaurant is located in secluded luxurious newer resort Hotel Nizuc. Place is oozing understated elegance and Asian style modern minimalist aesthetic. They specialize in gourmet modern interpretations of Mexican cuisine. We had their tasting menu for 1950 Mexican pesos. It was good and some...dishes even great (lobster and foie gras). Wine paring was selected well (additional 800 pesos) Chef came out and personally inquired about the food and our experienceMore

What an exceptional experience from the two amuse bouches to the unbelievable chocolates following dessert. Chef Eduardo is a master of creativity, blending flavors, reinterpreting traditional Mexican dishes and artful presentation. The restaurant is very attractive and comfortable, the service was terrific and the food...so memorable. Worth driving from a Cancun to eat here!More

This is meant to be a high end Mexican cuisine restaurant and the they delivered. The dishes are well presented and crafted and the service is excellent. Chef Eduardo went the extra mile to please us and to provide us with some of their super spicy...habanero salsa for my daughter. She thinks is the best among many good ones she tried in the trip. Thanks to all the staff.More

Very fancy Mexican cuisine but a bit pricey. if the weather is not too hot, suggested sit outside and you will get a beautiful view of the ocean.
