Our concierge at our hotel recommended this place when he realized we were down home people who wanted good food and didn't care about whether the chairs were plastic or leather. It was recommended that we try the Tacos Pastor and we did and we loved them. We also tried a mole dish and ceviche. All was served of course... More

We were wary to go to a small restaurant but were highly impressed. The service was impeccable, the food was very tasty, and the ambiance was charming in an authentic mexican way. My whole family enjoyed the experience and the french fries are outstanding. The food was as good as the mexican food in the expensive hotel restaurants.

We decided to try this place based on the reviews. We wanted something authentic and more reasonably priced. The service was good and the food was great. Nachos, fish tacos, fajitas, chicken tacos and several beers cost $55 with tip. That beats the higher price at most of the tourist traps in the hotel zone. We will return to try... More

This place is in the hotel zone. Easy to find and NOT an American chain restaurant. The food was excellent and the staff was great. Tacos were cheap (for Cancun) and the food was fresh. My favorite there is shrimp diablo. Big, fresh shrimp cooked in a spicy sauce. Give this place a try, you won't regret it.

This restaurant is rated too high for being number 21 here. I live in Cancun and the food is below standards. Way over-priced and most of all the staff is very rude. There is little parking and they are super rude to even allow you to park if they think you may not be eating there. There are MUCH BETTER... More

Went to Tacun for lunch yesterday while out shopping based on a local's recommendation. Totally loved it! Really nice authentic atmosphere right on the strip near Flamingo Plaza. Great menu with lots of choices and really well prepared meals. The food was really good, and the service was absolutely fantastic. We'll definitely make it a to-do when in the area... More

My girlfriend and I went to Tulum for a one week vacations, and by "mistake" we chose to spend half a day in Cancun. What a horrible place (specially in comparison to the cozy Tulum)!!! But anyway, at some point we were hungry so we needed to look for food. We found this place; RIGHT CHOICE! The tacos al pastor... More

Tacun is amazing! My wife and I visited Tacun last month. We had the enchiladas and fajitas. All of the food came to our table piping hot! We also ordered guacamole and chips. All of the food was delicious and arrived quickly. The service was great. All in all, Tacun exceeded our expectations above and beyond! We will definitely return... More
