We stopped by for a weekday lunch - they weren't especially busy, and the service was good. The escargot is fantastic - hot, garlicky, and buttery. The bread is amazing - I loved the sesame seed; my companion the pecan. The butter is served soft, with just a hint of "pica" that really does nice. The carrot soup was the... More

This little french place continues to have a great menu and very friendly service. It started very small many years ago but quality hasn't varied. Try the home made terrine.

I have lived years in Mexico city and each time I return to CDMX I love to have diner at Arlequin. Thomas the owner will welcome you, his staff is very courteous. We have been going to"Arlequin" over the years. We like the unexpensive food, unpretentious and tasty, always regular in the quality, the ambiance is nice although a bit cold in the winter. We have tried more than once every dishes. The service is average, sometimes great sometimes very slow. The bread is excellent and they have an intersting choice of... More

Lovely ambience with soft cool jazz and hipster dudes. Not a tourist restaurant. Had good French food.

Escargots, onion soup and a duck confit so delicious it would be praised at the top French restaurants of the city, at less than half the price. The food is excellent, the prices are low and the ambient is relaxed. An excellent place, the only place, for a delicious and unpretentious french meal.

We have been at this bistro on 5 or 6 occasions and have loved the food to the point of asking the chef for the recipe. We'll keep going back to enjoy that french cuisine taste. As usual, in a good french restaurant outside of France, the chef and everyone else is french.

My husband and I ate here for dinner in June. We shared the Roquefort tart, then I had duck with potato gratin on top & red wine sauce and My husband had the veal and mushrooms. It did taste nice, very French but also very rich for our palette. 5 hours after eating I was vomiting for 2.5hrs in the... More

i am really sorry that you had this experience at the Bistrot Arlequin. I can assure that the meals that you ordered are the most sold which means that we work with fresh ingredients. But it is true that they are a bit heavy between duck fat and creamy (we use a lot). Sometimes it can happens especially in mexico... More

Small little French restaurant on a side street - outdoor seating and an ambiance that felt like you could be in Paris. The food was delicious- highly recommend the escargot and I had duck confit that was superb. Prices were reasonable too - wine, appetizers, two entrees and a split dessert was $34 USD.

I love this place. It's a little French restaurant in a quiet street , which is lovely. The food is awesome. The menu is small but everything on it is delicious. My fav are the escargots and the steak filet with mustard sauce. The attention is excellent and they have a pretty decent wine list. Love it. It is one... More
