I went to this restaurant when I was a teenager and I visited Mexico City in 1977! I had such great memories. I was invited there for my birthday this September and just loved it again. The Hacienda is stunning and the food amazing including...More

This restaurant is an institution in Mexico City. It is located in an old "Hacienda," beautifully decorated with a very nice garden in the patio. Even if you do not eat there, it pays to visit just to see it. If you decide to eat...More

This restaurant is superb! Nestled in San Angel, an upscale suburb with a small nearby high-end shopping center. Restaurant itself was beautiful, with indoor and outdoor seating in the garden. Service was great as was the food. If you've been to Epcot, yes this is...More

The food was good, but we felt that we had gone to a restaurant that was famous 30 years ago and is still there 30 years ago.

A staple location for a typical Mexican Food, at a historical Hacienda. Not the typical trap. Well off high class and buss men go to have lunch/dinner here. Dress buss casual even suit required on some rooms.

We enjoyed the delicious chile relleno with pecans covered with cream and pomegranate. It not only looked delicious but was also wonderful in flavor. I enjoyed tequila, although they once brought chilled rather than at room temperature. Since we had a large group, the waiter...More

San Angel
San Ángel is known for its artistic vibe and elegant
details displayed throughout its streets, antique
residences and haciendas where famous actors like
Consuelo Velázquez, Capulina and other prominent
families used to live and that have now been turned
into beautiful galleries, cafés and restaurants. An
array of cultural and artistic activities are
organized in the neighborhood, but it is on Saturdays
