Went for the seafood and were not impressed. The roe was overcooked and the mussels were too salty. The fish soup was ok. Should have realized it was not excellent when we opened the door and saw very few clients! The service was excellent and...More

The place opened in 1936 and perhaps the renovation and decoration budget get expended on that date... the place offers delicious dishes, a reason to be always crowded. If you are in downtown and look a place to eat, this is a good option.

Established old school fish restaurant that offers great food and wine, and staff that take great pride in their work.It closes 20-21 hrs,so mainly a lunch spot.It is a busy room, but a haven compared to the bustling street on which it sits.Well worth seeking out.

The food here is good, nothing to sing about. The atmosphere is a little sad and tired although my husband was excited to see Pele's autograph. I don't think I would list it as a must visit.
