So far the food is Excellent, however, being used to the excellent Mexican hospitality and service Maximo bistro is below the average. Food is about all around experiences and despite good food you expect good service Waiters are always defensive instead of being helpful. It...More

Incredible arrogant Maitre'd and service staff. We waited an hour for a table and were ignored for 10 more minutes while we watched the staff attend to the other tables. Much better options in Mexico City.

I heard such good things about this place, had to try for myself. The physical restaurant left lots to wish for: a bistro but way less kept than the Parisian version. People talking at neighboring tables nearly drowned our conversation, but sitting outside wasn't an...More

I really get surprised of how bad this restaurant is and how many good reviews it has. I ordered four different plates that is a good amount of dishes to qualify a restaurant. Octopus ceviche, organic chicken, pumpkin ravioli and buffala salad. In general anything...More

This Mexican inspired French food (or vise versa) is creative, delicious, and memorable. The ambiance is lovely. It's like a European bistro in the middle of Mexico. The servers and attentive, but often very serious, which was a little off putting at first. One tip-...More

If you are into fine food dinner, this is the place to be. Lalo García (chef & owner) will cook most of the days and will make sure you are absolutely delighted. In my opinion this is the best place in CDMX. Reservation mandatory.

Virtually worth the trip. Deceptively casual, the food is stunning, menu changes daily, exc. value, terrific service, several items appear "on the house," it is of the highest quality, our best comida in Mexico City. Unbelievable, get reservations. Like The Fr. Laundry! Not pretentious.

Known for its constant cultural and gastronomic
developments, Roma, is a beautiful neighborhood that
was once the place for poets such as Kerouac and
Ginsberg to call home. Galleries, museums and even
private residences are on beautiful display when
walking through Colima street to do some necessary
shopping or when going to the classic Cine Tonalá to
enjoy a delicious dinner and a great film. Top notch
