Tucked away in a local barrio a bit difficult to find. But they have the best tostadas around. The tortillas are large and delicious. They serve different kinds of aguas. Definitely not elegant but fun and cheap.
Worth a visit just to experience the excellent and exuberant service from the staff. The Posole is very tasty, but beware, the portions are pretty big, so go with an appetite!
This place has been in Amatitlán for years. They have real Mexican food in enormous portions. The down side is that you only get to try one dish, unless you share with someone. This restaurant is a Cuernavaca legend, they sell huge, plate sized tostadas at very cheap prices.
