My husband and I hadn't eaten here for a few years, so their red snapper drew us in. I had a tasty chicken breast in a creamy lemon sauce and my husband had the snapper in a garlic, white wine sauce. The bread was very good and the meal came with veggies and mashed potatoes. The service was very quick.

Yet another fabulous meal at El Mediterraneo for Valentine's Day. The food was fresh and superb, as always, and the women in the restaurant that day received complimentary Valentine's Day roses as an added touch.

This is our favorite place for special meals in Zihuatanejo! Great service, awesome food! Don't miss the breaded calamari and the tuna sashimi!

It's hard to beat fresh snapper or mahi mani when you can get it fresh, so, I usually order one of them when we dine here. It has a nice secluded patio in the back and a bar in the front on the street with high top tables/chairs. The calamari is pretty tasty for an appetizer and I ordered the... More

My traveling companion chose this restaurant as a special treat for my last night in Mexico. I would have preferred Mexican, but that fact aside, it was a lovely space in a courtyard with trees, a little off the beaten path in the downtown area. My eggplant parmesan was excellent. My friend had chicken. She will return just for the... More

Food is excellent...waiters excellent. One piece of advise pick your table under an umbrella in the courtyard Even at night as falling debris from the trees. Other than that a lovely evening under the stars?

The fish tacos are different, fried and the fish inside is made with a delicious sauce, somewhat spicy but not... More

We just had dinner there and the food was delicious. The service and price was great. The location is right on the promenade and parking is very simple. I'd go back in a second! PS. Have the bread pudding for dessert!

This place is incredible. The food is superb and fresh, and the host is really friendly. Ask for the huachinango, and for dessert the panacotta is wonderful!!
