My sister and I walked here from Playa La Ropa. We had seen the Bio Park mentioned in things to do in Zihua, so decided to check it out. It was worth the walk (or cab ride if you don't like hills). We loved the view and Infiniti pool (included in the entrance fee, bring a suit) and the restaurant... More

This place is a hidden gem with one of the better views you will find. Eleven of us went for lunch and spend the day in the nicest pool I have been in in the area. Everyone was very happy with their lunch. Prices were very fair, and you received a lot of food. I was told the ribs were... More

Thank you very much to take the time to write a comment, it is very nice from you and your group. We are the only restaurant in the area with an infiniti pool open to the public. The hours for the pool are from 13h to 18h every day and the restaurant from 13h and receive the last client before... More

We went because we'd heard there were fantastic views, good food and an interesting tour involving local animals. We were not disappointed. We ate lunch by the gorgeous infinity pool. We each had large margaritas; very large and very strong. You might want to consider the smaller size. I had a delicious seafood soup. My wife had a tasty crab... More

Thank goodness we took a taxi there as I'm not sure we could have made the climb. I had the Marinated Arrachera which our waiter recommended. Beautiful flavour however a bit on the tough side. My husband had the dorado fried in almonds which he loved. For desert I had the Mexican Coffee while he had the Banana Flambe. Both... More

The great food and excellent service made this our choice last night for our 40th wedding anniversary. Good food, good wine, good friends a great hostess and restaurant with... More

Four of us went for the steep climb up the hill, in a taxi, thank goodness!! The cost of the New Year's Eve meal was 3000 pesos for the four of us, not including drinks. The view was spectacular overlooking Playa "La Ropa" and there were sporadic fireworks until the big fireworks display at midnight. The view and the fireworks... More

Had new years eve dinner, Denver 31, 2015 up here on the mountain. Geez, the word steep was was invented for the driveway up to this place from the road. However the view from my table along side the cliffs edge infinity pool overlooking the Playa La Ropas made for a fantastic view of all the fireworks around Zihuatanejo Bay.... More

First, you don't find La Escollera by accident. You need to take a taxi up the mountain and into a very steep driveway. Then, you'll have a million dollar view. My family was here for Christmas Eve. One of the dishes we shared was the seafood platter for 2. I highly recommend this very fresh seafood offering of lobster, shrimp,... More

Our last night in Z. We decided to stay close to our rental on Escénica La Ropa and this was the excellent choice thanks to the readers here in T/A. Our Taxi driver had us here in about 5 minutes. View was breathtaking. Service was excellent and the food was awesome. Made for a great choice and worth every penny.... More
