The food was above average and the cost pricey. However the ambience is special The pasta dishes were only fair but the rack of lamb was excellent.

Always a special treat with our great PV friends. Pricey(for PV standards) but a GREAT meal in a lovely restaurant. I think the seafood appetizer with tomatoes was our favorite dish.

This is a restaurant the locals to go for special occasions. On a side street away from the Malecon. People were nicely dressed! Food was delicious.

If I could give Chef Bernhard Guth and Trio a 10 out of 5, I would. I am a corporate and incentive event planner, and Trio is one of my favorite places to take small (30-40ish) groups for dining. Chef Guth will design an amazing,...More

We went there for dinner last week, primarily based on my interest in their menu. I love sweetbreads (one of their alleged appetizers) and duck, (one of their alleged main courses). Surprise - when we opened our menus, neither item was listed. I asked the...More

One of Puerto Vallarta's classics. Every time when I visit Puerto Vallarta I head there for dinner. Since yet I never was disapointed. The food just was delicious with very good service.
