Bestplace for seafood!!! This is by far the best seafood restaurant in Mazatlan. I have been on the restaurant for the last 20 years and never has let me down !!! Seafood always fresh and well cooked, all options in tbe menu are great, the services is very efficient and friendly and the restaurant is clean and well managed. They... More

I was only in Mazatlan for the day as I came on a cruise ship. The tour guide brought us here and assured us that it was the best. It was! I ordered the shrimp empanadas, my daughter ordered the "coco loco" (something like that). It was a fresh coconut with like a shrimp/seafood "coctel" inside of it. It had... More

We probably eat here once a month if not more often. Very consistent food and service. A great seafood menu and a true traditional local dining experience. I order the filet Guamuchalito most often - it's awesome!

This is my favourite place to eat in Mazatlan. I ordered a fish filet stuffed with seafood. It was really stuffed - it had shrimp, squid, oysters, and clams. The fish was dorado. It was so delicious that I'm going back there as soon as I can! The staff members were very friendly and attentive, making for an a wonderful... More

There are two of them. A large restaurant that does not take credit cards and if you keep going down the same street another one. The second one is better and is an outdoor restaurant. The food is fantastic and we cannot wait to go back. From seafood cocktails, to clams to oysters to lobster. We ate there 5 times... More

I go here often, the food is always great and always fresh... it has to be, they do so much business it does not sit around long, that tells you something right there... Like the others have said, not a Gringo tourist spot for sure... you don't need to know spanish, they have lots of pic's to point at and... More

It is a classical in Mazatlan. Clean and safe. A place basically visited by local people. With a big variety of fresh fish and seafood for pretty good prices. Take a "pulmonía" (local taxis are called like this) and ask the driver to take you there, is very well known.

I have to admit it that when my girlfriend and I got dropped off by the pulmonia driver here we asked him if it was safe to go in. He assured us and I am glad we went it....it was a wonderful experience overall. But, this is not your tourist restaurant at all....you will need to understand some spanish to... More

El Guamuchilito is geared toward locals, but the food is excellent, prices are low, and it's worth the walk from the malecon or the nearby mall, or just tell your pulmonia driver to take you there. There is a wide variety of seafood, portions are generous and it's where regular Mazatlan residents go to eat, so you won't be surrounded by... More
