After reading the reviews, I went in search of this restaurant despite it being a long distance from my rental. And the food- when it finally arrived an hour and a half later- was good. Not great, but solidly good. However, the extreme unfriendliness of the staff, the English-speaking server who knew perfectly well what I ordered but waited an... More

Have breakfast for sure at the Allegro. You won't be disappointed. The coffee is delicious & the service great. Not sure about lunch & dinner as we have not eaten those meals at Allegro however I suspect they would be as good as the breakfast. Worth it.

A lot of folks come here because they have air conditioning. That was good enough to get me in the door. The breakfast will keep me coming back. Good coffee. Good omlette. Good service. Nice atmosphere. Allegro definitely has a bit of a "scene" - with a lot of regulars who have their regular tables. The staff are very attentive... More

A good place for a leisurely breakfast or conversation over coffee and dessert. We were there for over an hour while the wives shopped and were not hassled to leave.

I have eaten at Allegro Caffe before, but for some reason this time the service was very slow. I recommend it, but make sure you have a couple of hours for lunch.

Owners are Mexican and American. Fresh, just prepared delicious breakfast. Loved their Chia Tea (even though there is a Starbuck's nearby).

I enjoy having a latte at Allegros and occasionally eating breakfast there. Their espresso beverages are very reasonable. A limited menu, the breakfasts are on the yuppie side. Omletts and dishes with spinach, salmon, shrimp, etc. I have always enjoyed their food though. It is healthy and well prepared. Don't go at 10 to 11:30 am though. They always have... More

I have been in the location in Centro. It's one of my favorite places in Mazatlan where to come to relax and to drink a good Cappuccino, very similar to Italian style.
