I think its called alawa now. Its a great beach location. Never eaten there but have had a few drinks for the view. At least one sometimes more than one tuba miriachi band will show up and crank thier music . At god awful levels. Like when the dude bears down on the bass not in the tuba its hard... More

We just wanted to have a snack and definitely wanted to try ceviche and popped in to this place. We sat right by the beach and watched the sun set. We shared just one order of fish ceviche and for the price we had a huge plate of fresh ceviche to share. They bring hot sauce, tostada and crackers. It... More

Just stopped in and then I saw the menu for the dish with Borracho Sauce with the melted cheese and shrimp in it. Now every year I have to go there and eat this.

This is a great place to watch the sunset! Good seafood. They do have a kids menu which was nice. We had the seafood sampler which had a little bit of everything including delicious octopus! I was a little disappointed with my tuna but everyone else loved their meals! Oh, and delicious margaritas!!!!

Not sure what prices are but kudos to them for sitting a solo at a six place table so I can watch my 12 year old in the surf. Thank you Alawa! 💋

This place was really good and is by the ocean (amazing view.) They have good portions of ceviche so order only one dish not two like we did. My mouth is getting watery just thinking about the delicious food they offer. We order pescado empanizado and it was a nice thick fillet. Very glad we found this next to the... More

We came as part of a bar crawl. Friendly staff and great view. If you are staying in the area, it's a place to visit because you are there. I wouldn't say it is a destination place. If you pass it, it's worth a drink and walk to the beach.

Don't expect anyone to care if you're enjoying your food. Don't ask questions, shut up and eat. Ordered pasta, under cooked and cold, tuna was good except the crab mix was scary, well not as scary as the rice. Table of 3 let down! It can't be that bad? It is! Don't get sucked in by the view! The view... More
