This became our regular breakfast place. Great service. Many menu options. Outdoor seating is available. Once I tried the Rico's Granita Mexican coffee, I was hooked. Any menu item is good. I frequently had the spinach and bacon salad for brunch. For eggs "sunny side...More

Free WIFI. The best coffee in Mazatlán. Good food. Great outdoor seating. My favorite is the Rico’s cappuccino.

This is the third time we have stopped here only for an macchiato (not those jumbo ice drinks by you know who but a little steamed milk added to an espresso). It has always been great and all organic. Hmmm bueno. Gotta come here for...More

If you are staying at a condo this is a great place to get excellent ground coffee by the pound. More reasonably priced than Starbucks. The staff speak English but also are patient when you are testing out your cryptic Spanish talent. Most mornings the...More

I am a barirta so love coffee and bit more pickier than the average coffee consumer. They are one of the best two places to order coffee in Mazatlan not including Starbucks. We bring our own portable espresso machine (yes I know its weird but...More

If you like coffee this is a great place to go. I was able to buy whole beans from Oaxaca and Veracruz. They also had Chiapas. It can be difficult to find quality whole bean coffee to bring home. If you are traveling with kids,...More

Rico's Cafe opened in 2000 as Mazatlan´s only cafe. Our simple desire was to inspire customers by offering an inviting place to enjoy Mexico's best coffees prepared by our expert baristas. Today we enjoy a loyal following of locals as well as tourists who seek out our homemade breakfasts, sandwiches, salads and specialty crepes. We also offer freshly-baked breads and pastries, frappes and imported teas, in addition to our coffees which we roast on the premises. Rico's terraces are a great place for groups to gather, our booths are ideal for private conversations and our long tables in front of the main bar are great for people watching and meeting others. Free high-speed Internet, music and personalized service make this a second home for many customers. You will leave inspired, and say "Que rico!"
