Just recently visited, and we were extremely disappointed. Normally, the service at restaurants in TJ is very good. The service here was terrible. Cafe de la Flor has small businesses around TJ that just serve cakes, but they also have a full restaurant. We wanted to try it out because the cheesecakes are so good. The service was absolutely horrible.... More

This is a restaurant in Plaza Monarca. The food there is great, and the place looks really nice. We enjoyed everything that we ate. We had the chilaquiles with green salsa, the machaca, bistec in red salsa and some of the most amazing hand made tortillas. The service was pretty nice but, it took a little longer than what would... This is the third time we go to breakfast or lunch to this place and I always end up dissatisfied and for some reason I end up coming back. Food is from disappointing to a total disaster. Still, the place seems to be popular, although no waiting line, the place seems to be packed all the time. I guess many... More

My family and I have been coming to this original location for quite some time. We have also been to the location at the macroplaza and plaza rio. But first we'll start with the original location. The food is tasty, but has been falling in quality. Their deserts are the specialty and are good portitions for your money. The service has... More

This restaurant serves Mexican an some American food, they cooked al dishes perserving their original flavors. Good waiter service. There are two locations but we recommend the one located at colonia Chapultepec near the Golf Course. I almost forgot to mention you can buy delicious cakes to-go with a home made taste.Credit cards are accepted

I went for breakfast and the meal was great .The chili was picoso and fresh but the waiter took forever to take our drink order and our breakfast order. We were here on a Saturday morning. Overall it was clean and busy which is always a great sign. I will be back to try the chiliquiles.

We stopped in for lunch. It was busy but did not have to wait for a table. Food was very fresh. Nice small fresh greens salad served before your meal is delivered. Sandwiches were delicious and very large. Excellent spot.

Complete menu is a simple tasty one, dont expect nothing spectacular, but desserts, they deserve a chance. Majority of cakes are delicious, specially the crepes, salty and sweet ones. My special recommendation are the Cajeta con nuez!

We took my mother-in-law here for her birthday. We went on a Sunday afternoon and the place was packed. This restaurant is in a shopping mall (Plaza Rio) in the Zona Rio district of Tijuana. They have a lot of parking but hubby had to park 25 meters (whatever that is) away, (about 3 isles). The restaurant is very narrow,... More
