Has been closed for years as a restaurant, it now serves as a meeting room. It is anyone's guess as to the reason the Rosarito Beach Hotel where it is located could not manage an "upscale" restaurant.

Saving made that onerous title, I felt that the breakfasts here were outstanding. The "finger food" at the bar good, but the drinks were weak. Our first dinner here was an awesome local fish served with rice & beans and it was very good. I enjoyed the Caesars Salad and did not enjoy my steak dinner last night. The meat... More

Food and the service. It is very elegant. The chef is educated in one the finished schools in the USA.

Based on the great reviews we tried Casa Blanca last night. Don't waste your time or money. Another gallant effort that once again failed for the Rosarito Beach Hotel. To begin with, there was only one other table occupied at 7:00 on a Saturday night. Not a good sign. The place is behind the pool, with great views of the... More

The food, presentation of dishes, decor and master chef's personal attention make this place on of the best I have been to around the world and I have been around the world a lot.

The restaurant is in a hotel, but easily accessible. The food is outstanding, especially with the view of the ocean. It's nicer than most places I saw in Rosarito, but no need to dress up. I highly recommend it.

The hibiscus appetizer a must! I would of liked more of a selection of mexican beers. The chief was amazing. I had filet and lobster great price 1/3 of price in the states! I recommend the sunset from there!

On Sunday morning the hotel has a buffet in the main dining-room. The Casa Blanca is on the other side of the pool, the view is great, you can order off the regular menu and no long lines.... the breakfast was very good.

My wife and I are foodies who haven eaten at many fine restaurants around the world and never written a review before...Casa Blanca is deserving of one...we knew of Chef Erick's reputation as a "Top Chef" and were curious if he could live up to his reputation...the answer is Yes! From start to finish the experience was what we expected...given... More

We ate here for the breakfast buffet and loved it! The buffet is bigger than the other one at Azteca and the view speaks for itself. They have a gentleman playing the piano and singing which was nice. The restaurant is beautiful, all white, very chic.
