The hotel is pleasant, the staff is friendly. We always stop in Loreto when driving back and forth from the US. This is our first stay here. Because it is right on the beach, this is perfect for the dogs to stretch their legs and get a good run in. The only negative thing is the Internet is very poor... More

On a tip, we learned about the all you can eat clams buffet. For $149 pesos each, my husband and I might have single handedly decimated the entire clam population of Loreto Bay. My goodness, the amount of variety was incredible: grilled claims, baked claims smothered in cheese, chocolate claims, steamed clams. There were so many options, and they seemed... More

Great location for a drink although it's one of the more expensive beers and the margarita had a weird salty flavor. Small menu. We probably wouldn't go back to try the food.

Saturday nights are all you can eat clams! Clams are cooked in a variety of ways from raw, to steamed to baked on the half shell with cheese. Dinner also includes, bbq chicken and ribs, salad, baled potatoes and other vegetables. for 149 pesos each this is a really good meal. The oasis is located on the beach and has... More

While the rooms are dated and the beds are marginal it is the only hotel on the water with a great restaurant and bar. The service in both restaurant and bar is excellent. The food was great as were the drinks ( the drinks were a little spendy by Loreto standards). We always stay here a couple of days before... More

We ate at this charming place twice on our visit to Loreto. The outdoor patio is surrounded by trees and the view of the water and Isla Carmen in the distance is so pretty. The food is very good and the menu had a great breakfast selection. Service was pleasant and relaxed.

We came here three times this week, and Ana and her staff made us feel very welcome. First we came to cool off with terrific margaritas in the air-conditioned bar. Later that week we returned for the Italian night on the beach: breads, salad, pastas, pizza, flan, and pastel. The best was Saturday night for the clambake and barbecue. The... More

This is a beautiful setting complete with a bonfire at night. We chose a menu with help from delightful Ana Gloria that was delicious. The first course was served, a Cesar salad in a Parmesan crust. The main courses were buffet style and then the cutest dessert, a puff pastry pelican (swan) filled with cream. We danced into the night... More

Description
This restaurant is on site at the hotel Oasis in Loreto. The dinner was simply the most outstanding food on a three week trip. Grilled oysters fresh from the bay roasted on coals in their shells, served with two different fresh-made sauces. Fresh caught sea bass offered three different ways, served with seasoned rice and delicious sauteed veggies. The creamy cilantro sauce is not to be missed! Prices unjustifiably moderate, considering the quality of the cuisine. Setting on the Bay of Loreto is spectacular. Indoor and outdoor seating available.
