Indoor & outdoor seating choice for excellent food and great service from Mary. Hot made-on-site tortillas, outside tables allow watching the scene on Mateos. And...at ridiculously low prices. Go there for breakfast, lunch or dinner & see & taste for yourself.

Had breakfast here our last day in Ensenada. Fresh hand made tortillas, either flour or corn on site. A lot of selection to choose from on menu. Small place so get here early to find a seat. Freshly squeezed orange juice.

During our 3 day stay in Ensenada, we ate here 3 times. The food was good and authentic and very inexpensive. For 3 of us one night, dinner was $18.00 and I had shrimp! During certain parts of the day, they make homemade tortillas which was a real treat! They treated us nicely and were very attentive.

Not good service. Waited 1 hour for just tacos and quesdillas. We were the only customers on top of it. Then they tell us they don't have flour tortillas. No interest in there customers. Recommend to work on customer service.

I was looking for a place to eat breakfast and was convinced to give it a try by one of the employees. It turned out to be a good decision. I had the eggs benedict which turned out to be one of the best I ever had. Very large portion and the hollandaise sauce was delicious. I don't recall what... More

My family and I stopped her after our excursion while vacationing in Ensenada for the day from the cruise ship. We had $1 tacos, tried all 3, shrimp, fish and carne asada. My husband had a huge burrito filled with meat - Super Donkey :). And my daughter a huge plate of nachos. Prices were great and portions large.

Conveniently located a block above First Street on the corner of Lopez Mateos and Blancarte, it also intersected with our need for a margarita as we walked around town. Gino greeted us and invited us to sit down. Gino is a younger man, speaks very good English and provides good customer service. He is a wealth of information and will... More

Ensenada can be a bit of an assault on the senses - everyone's yelling at you to spend or give them money. From questionable medication to questionable food it's difficult to know who to trust. Tacos Del Sol with their very simple pitch "is it taco time or margarita time?" is enough to welcome you and make you aware of... More
