Was so looking forward to the repeat of a fabulous birthday dinner and The Kings Head did not disappoint. The duck is out of this world! Scallops so good! A tip to diners...you pay in the reception area and not at your table.

I hope this restaurant doesn't change. Had a really lovely meal - staff are friendly and helpful and there are lovely little touches which added to the experience. Would recommend for a special occasion celebration.

I would suggest you call the restaurant and ask for a recommendation. Else try the Brownlow at Cheddington on the canal. Haven't been there but tripadvisor would tell you what its like and locations of other hotels in the... More
