We came to visit the RNLI shop but it was shut! Seeing others following the path across the golf course we decided to take a stroll. So glad we did. Lovely setting on the beach. Lovely jacket potato with loads of salad and nice refreshing drink. Really busy as lovely day but service prompt. Would visit again if up that... More

We had heard good things about the inn, so decided to visit after a walk along the coast from Nefyn. Initially we were worried about getting a seat as the beach and terrace were heaving with visitors. However we got some seats inside. Great interior, with pictures and curiosities littered around the place. The service was amazingly fast and the... More

I have lived not far from this establishment for many years and not visited. Having moved away and now visiting I was looking for somewhere to eat. I was then told that Ty Coch had been put in the World's top three beach bars. Worth a visit I think. There is no disputing the ambience of the place. Given the... More

Thank you for your comments which are duly noted. I am glad you like the location and ambience. Having owned the Ty Coch for 49 years I take a great pride in the business and surroundings. What you fail to see is the tiny kitchen we have to operate in with no scope whatsoever to extend it, hampered as we... More

In lots of other resorts a beach pub like this would charge a fortune for at best average food, Ty Coch reverses this and charges very reasonable prices for above average food. We just had sandwiches but the literally filled a platter and had about as much filling as you'd stand a chance of fitting into a sandwich!! Great food... More

The pub is in a great spot, the beer is good but soft drinks in particular are very expensive. I guess they need to make a profit when they can as it can be really quiet on a cold or wet day. On a sunny bank holiday it will be heaving. Walk out to the end of the peninsula to... More

We went today, Thursday before Easter. Two adults and two children. Quite a trek across the golf course in the wind with moany children but well worth it. We sat inside and had lunch and drinks. Food was lovely and came quickly despite the pub being busy. We sat outside on the beach afterwards. Gorgeous views. Hard to fault this... More

This is our 3rd visit to Nefyn beach and the Ty Coch. Pub has a good selection of beers and they will put the drinks in plastic cups so you can sit on the beach whilst enjoying a drink. Pub has a good ambience and staff are friendly. We have always been lucky with the weather when we've visited and... More

We had a lovely walk, finishing at this little gem of a pub. Great beer in an absolutely fabulous setting.
