Only stopped for a pot of tea, but the cups were dirty! Inside and out!. We had just been debating whether to have a slice of cake, but thought best not to when we saw the cups still had residue of tea inside and they...were sticky on the outside. Not impressed and didn't feel welcome, either.More

As a local we keep going back here Very good food Ideal location for the lake. Fishing. Walks and so on

Met up with fellow club riders there for a breakfast on two occasions this year, food was excellent and huge slices of cake.

We stopped at Prysor cafe by the lake on the way to Ysgwrn in Llan Ffestiniog. I had never been before. The cafe was very busy, which is a sure sign that the food must be good. And it was very good. We'll be stopping...there every time we go that way in future.More

Called by for a late breakfast and chose a bacon sandwich with a Cappuccino coffee. Both were excellent and the bacon was of very good quality. The staff were friendly and courteous and the service was fast. Sitting by the window I was able to...enjoy the wonderful lake and mountain views too. This was my first visit for many years, but I will not hesitate calling again when in the area.More

We called here twice this week and the food, cakes, prices, staff and above all location beat anything or anywhere. I’m not a fisherman and within 15 minutes of sitting down we saw 3 fish (trout apparently) being caught.

Great location , with nice freshly cooked meals served by friendly and courteous staff. The whole place was spotlessly clean --- we will call again when in the area .
