Flying Fish was without a doubt the best restaurant we visited in the Bahamas. Top quality food and service. The price is higher than other restaurants but you get what you pay for. Highly recommended.

Dinner at the Flying Fish was excellent, the team ensured we were happy with our seating and assistant with menu questions. My husband was very impressed with his G&T cocktail. The restaurant had good A/C which meant we could enjoy our food without being too hot, but the view over the harbour ensures you still remember you are still in... More

We had the best meal of our lives at the Flying Fish in Port Lucaya in the Bahamas. It was incredible! The first course was a seafood cake with Asian slaw, which was absolutely incredible. For the main course, Shawna had a beef short rib with caramelized onion jus and potato infused gnocchi. The rib was so well cooked and... More

Very innovative cuisine. Each dish had a unique flavor and ingredients. All delicious. We were surprised by the $3 charge for bread. But, when it arrived with its fresh butter infused with citrus zest perfectly toasted baguette type rolls, and so many of them, we understood. We tried fresh grouper, wahoo and lobster rolls loaded with caviar. Two desserts of... More

A bit unassuming from the front, but inside its a beautiful restaurant on the water front. Its small inside but we had no issue getting a table. The service was excellent and we were seated right away. The food was unbelievable, especially since the food at the hotel was subpar. Would highly recommend the pork chop and conch salad. It... If you want an upscale experience in a laid back area, head to Flying Fish. We appreciated the trendy atmosphere, artisian cocktails and a wonderfully tasty and creative menu. Be sure to make reservations. It can get crowded.

I didn't expect such a small island to have such a great restaurant. It's a definite gem. First course was a conch salad with a vinaigrette that had to be torched. Second course was a stone crab salad. Then we had short rib with sweet potato gnocchi. And finished it off with the pumpkin cheesecake and goat milk ice cream.... More
