I stopped by the Swiss Pastry Shop off Prince Charles. Had the best Rotti and amazing Johnny Cake just like nanny made it. A nice assortment of sweets and flakey pastries as well as the display case was full of tempting desserts and beautiful cakes. The Napoleon was nice and fresh with real custard cream- the way it is supposed... More

This is a pastry shop where you stop and buy for take out. They usually have a good selection of pastries and they are all baked fresh daily. By the end of the day the selection has dwindled so come early if you want some variety.

I would have gained ten pounds if I'd have discovered this gem at the beginning of my vacation! The Swiss Pastry Shop has a wide selection of very reasonably priced authentic Bahamian treats. The guava duff, guava cheesecake, almond bar, and guava cake that I tried were all amazingly fresh and tasty, and the prices were actually somewhat lower than... More

We bought these 2 guava treats and they were prepared so well. YUM YUM. Cheesecake was light and refreshing and the cake was so moist. If you are near Blue Water Resort or Sandals stop by and you will not be disappointed.

We had read about guava duff, but never had a chance to eat throughout our vacation --- --- partly because the entree portions are huge, but also because we wanted to get it from an authentic bakery. Right before our return flight, we took a last shot and asked if our cab driver would stop at this bakery (in Cable... More

We had a sweet roll and french bread (less than $5). They open late and french bread isn't ready until 9:30.

When we arrived, we immediately picked up breads and sweets for our condo. Go early so that the selection if greater. They sell out later in the day.

Great place to get pastries and other locally backed fresh goodies. Also have local meat pies and sodas.

Can't help but stop in when passing by or in the area. Eclairs, neapolitans, duff, are the best! You can even get a slice of their signature cake which the Chocolate mouse is worth the calories! They are my go to special event baker & weekend sweet tooth fix.

Went every day but do your self a favor. If you like coconut the just buy a coconut cake the first day. The cake is amazing and after the first day could not get another piece. The meat / chicken pockets are good if you like curry flavor too and for like 3 bucks I could have saved a lot... More
