We love this restaurant - the food is great and very authentic! Be warned this is only open 430 - 830 so make sure you get there early! Service is amazing and you can't go wrong with any dish - especially the goat curry!

This is such a lovely, local restaurant! Price is very reasonable. Owners are all very attentive with amazing hospitality. All entrees came with many side dishes of rice, veggies, Fungi (yummy cornmeal with okra), and plantains with yummy Johnny's cakes. We had chicken roti, curried goat, shrimp with creole sauce and catch of the day - kingfish. They were all... More

Our group of seven adults enjoyed the down home experience of dining at Sogo's. Velt and Alfred prepared delicious meals for us and made our dining experience an enjoyable one.

We tried this place once, and really enjoyed it. It is much better food than ALL of the higher end non-local restaurants on the island, in our opinion. We tried: -Goat Curry: compared to the others we had on the island, this had more sauce which we liked. It was a bit more viscous and I found it coated the... More

We were taken here by a dear local friend and we were very pleased. We had Curried Goat, Curry Roti Chicken, Jerk Chicken, and Salt Fish. The sides were delicious as well as all of our entrees. We were not disappointed at all.

My family and I ended up going here twice for lunch because we loved the food and the owner so much. Great taste of local cuisine with great service. I had the vegetarian platter both days and my family had a sampling of fish as well as chicken. All cooked perfectly and so tasty! We also saw lots of locals... More

Are lunch there. Had kingfish with veggies and fried plantain. Not fancy but clean with attentive service. Unpretentious local ambience.

This is a very friendly place in Cruz Bay. The owners/chef come from Dominica, and this is the real thing. We had kingfish creole and shrimp creole, each with five sides, including fungi (had never tasted before). Everything was excellent, but avoid the white wine, and buy a beer instead.

We visited Sogo's for the first time for lunch last week. The owners are sweet, hard working people and they are really welcoming. We ordered the Kingfish special and it was good.
