Good spot for breakfast. A little bar and a couple of tv's add to the options. Nicley shaded outdoor space. Would recommend it.

Good breakfast, excellent service, reasonable price. Nothing surprising, but just a good way to start the day.

We at the Tamarind Inn for breakfast while visiting St. John and had a great experience. The food was great! There was only 1 server and cook working so for our party of 8, it took quite a while but we weren't in a hurry! Recommend the breakfast burritos or the breakfast Sammy on a bagel.

After having the corned beef hash at Jake's I ordered the hash here and it was really canned hash. With only 1 other table waiting for breakfast the service was very slow. It also looked like the waiter and the cook were having some kind of disagreement.

We had been meaning to try this place for some time now and so glad we did. The breakfast was very good and the atmosphere is nice. We got blueberry pancakes and sausage gravy with biscuits. My husband stated the gravy biscuits were excellent. One thing to note is this restaurant is on Island time so it took over an... More

Excellent breakfast - endless pot of coffee. We had stayed the night in the Inn on our first night in St. John. We travelled around the island and I wish we had made it back for dinner - it sounded wonderful.

After several visits to St. John, we still hadn't visited Tamarind Court. We went to hear Reverend Raven and the Chain Smokin' Altar Boys (a blues band out of Milwaukee) and didn't know what to expect when it came to food. It turned out to be "Mexican night". The food was tasty and the service was friendly and quick. Started... More

The restaurant sometimes has live music. Food is mostly the nightly special - Italian, Mexican, etc and lighter fare. I was there on the Mexican night and menu was limited but tasty. Fun and different place to go for a light meal and listen to music.
