My wife is a big fan of Bushwackers. So when I read that some local bar claims to have the best in town, well, we gotta go! The Beer Garden by any honest assessment is pretty much a dive (in a good sense). We went...More

Ice Cold Beers, fabulous conch fritters, and great conversation with the owner! Funky little place up the alley across from a Palm Passage. Not fancy - but fun! Can't go wrong with the beer prices!

Fun funky island experience. The owner is a one man show full of stories. The food was very good but be sure are on island time since it is pretty slow getting your food. Great price compared to other locations. If you visit be sure...More

We were back in St. Thomas after the destruction of recent hurricanes. We were delighted to see that the Beer Garden was open and had survived the destruction that had hit this beautiful island. They still have the coldest beer and the best prices on...More

In the hunting for the remainings of Danish Colonisation (eg Street names) we need a break from all the Diamond salesmen. Here we found the Beer Garden and had a hyggelig time with the owner sharing his experience with the two hurricans in 2017.

An absolute must if you are in St Thomas. Casual, outside experience. The best appetizers and local drinks you can find on the island. Owners are very friendly.

Everything is bottled. They have locals that are "craft-like". They always have 2-3 varieties from St. Johns Brewers located in USVI. None of them are superstars but the Mango Pale Ale is decent.

Agree with the other replies. We paid cash. We were there mid-afternoon and only one other couple was there. About 10 people came in grabbed a beer or two and headed out. Not sure how the place is in the evening/dinner... More

No parking there. There was some parking off the main roadway, I think. We took a cab downtown. It would be a walk of a couple blocks, but there are lots of little shops (duty free kind of stuff) to look at on the way. We... More
