Location and contact

Big Al's Island Grill is now open in Salt Mills Plaza. The restaurant made its grand opening in November, and offers a delicious variety of burgers and other entrees. The decor is that of a 50's diner, and will bring you down a trip through memory lane with its checkerboard design and red accents. Though the restaurant is the "new kid on the block," owner Doug Camozzi is not new to the restauranteur business. He is also the owner and manager of The Green Bean Cafe in Turtle Cove. Doug opened Big Al's Island Grill in honor of his father, a seasoned restauranteur himself, running successful businesses in San Francisco. On the Menu Big Al's offers quite a unique selection of burgers including their New Mexican Burger, the Sicilian Burger and the Smashed Onion. Fries are offered in shoestring, krinkle or waffle cut. Burgers are not the only meals you will find at Big Al's. Don't miss out on their wraps and salads, grilled chicken, fish or steak options. Gluten-free and vegetarian choices are available too. If you think you can take on a challenge, try the Slider Challenge at Big Al's. If you can finish the meal within 30 minutes, you get a free t-shirt. Be sure to stop by and visit Big Al's Island Grill if in the Grace Bay area.

Our visit to Big Al’s was great. Some of the best burgers we all (4 people) have had in quite some time. We waited a bit to get the burgers, but the wait was well worth it. We will visit again before our time in...More

After a week of eating mainly fish, my wife and I were seeking a burger and fries. Big Al's more than did the trick - big juicy burgers with the meat cooked to your liking. Fries are served in a variety of ways - shoestring,...More

Great burger place - only complaint? Big Al's Big Burger could have been bigger especially when it was super tasty - and skinny fries (unless substituted) weren't true skinny fries, they were more like normal fries.

To our surprise this place offered a traditional Thanksgiving day special and it was outstanding. Turkey with mashed potatoes and gravy, steamed veggies, cranberry sauce and stuffing at a great price point of $24.00. I tried the sliders instead but everyone else had the T-Day...More

My husband and I stopped in for dinner. I had the fish tacos that were listed on the board outside but not on the menu. They were made with absolutely delicious snapper. There were three so the portion was very large. My husband had a...More

We're in the tropics - who runs out of tonic? It's in the British West Indies, so I asked for gin & bitter lemon instead. Got a gins with some squeezed lemon juice and don't get me started on the half frozen mushy jalapeno poppers.
