This restaurant is super cool, full of Caribbean character. Dining is top class. A definite dining destination for every Tobago traveller.

It took us awhile in the off-season to find this restaurant open, but when we did, it was worth the wait. Food was fantastic, service was prompt and attentive. Definitely should be on your list of restaurants to try.
We've been twice to the Watermill, nice food, staff is amazing and really good wines for a reasonable price. Few options on the Menu though.
You'll need a car to get here but it's worth it. The ambience is great with an old sugar mill prominent on the property. Food and service also good.
It was a weekday but still too quiet for a restaurant of this Calibre. Very enjoyable, slightly strange other guests on adjacent table. The guy never looked up and just picked at he food like a bird. His partner never spoke to him. Just weird....More
For a different experience go here for a modern twist on local food with great service and fab building.
Watermill is a little more upscale than we expected when we wandered in there for a mid-week meal. The menu was lovely and the food was tasty.
Stopped here based on other tripadvisor reviews. Initially place is nice, well laid out and nice place. Yes the menu is on chalkboard but whatever. Order food which was very nice and delicious. Mahi mani with rice and kale was great, included veggies too. Drinks...More
