Had the bake and shark and while waiting, tried to get the lay of the land of sauces and toppings. Asked what the white sauce was and was told "it's white sauce" :) Same with all the others. Wound up with a tray and a...More

Maracas Beach is a popular location for locals to visit and relax and is where Richards shark and bake is located. The food is one of Trinidad's well known delights and Richards offers the best example with many choices of supplementary dishes to make the...More

They have a similar spread to Sam's which includes lettuce, cucumber, tomato, pineapple, cabbage, chutney, tamarind sauce, pepper sauce, chadon beni(culantro) sauce and regular...More
Great bake and shark sandwich with varied selection of condiments and topping. By far the most popular vendor on the beach, probably due to their professionalism so anticipate long lines. Can't wait? Go to Nathalie's next door, she's his sister!
Taste great you will enjoy a local dish. Great Food anytime of the day, month, or year. Both locals and visitors enjoy this all year round.
