We went there couple of times during a sailing trip last year and loved it. The food is good , the lambie curry and lambie fritters are great and the cocktails are to die for. The service is slow, because everything is cooked to order. But no problem, because there's nothing else to do but to chat with other diners... More

First night of our trip, fresh off the plane from the UK - wow! Instant Caribbean. Stuck to the beer but loved the music - and the house pooch!

We visited Lambie Queen every night during our stay. The main reason was "Happy Hour" between 6 and 7 pm where you could get a rum punch for 7 EC. We did eat there once, it was typical Caribbean food, we both had BQQ chicken with garlic sauce, and our friends had the curried Lambie. The chicken was pretty dry... More

Every review said we have to go here on a Friday night and boy are they all right. This was the most fun we had on the island. Definitely the place to lime on a Friday night. Enjoyed a great band that played into the late hours of the night. The crowd was overwhelmingly local and spilled out into the... More

The food is wonderful! Some of the best on the island. Be prepared to wait for it, she has a 4 burner stove and she makes everything to order (which is why it is delicious). Also, the band on Friday starts at 9pm.

The Lambie Queen is your typical local Carriacou restaurant in Tyrrel Bay to look at, but to eat there is like Nirvana! Although it looks like a locals hang out, the staff and locals are friendly. The owner himself came and welcomed us in. He suggested the lobster and my wife had fresh tuna. I watched the grill being set... More

Absolutely the spot in Tyrrel bay for Friday night fun. Great live music, friendly people and some sad sights the day after. Don't plan an early night - this will get messy - but you'll love it!

We celebrated New Year's Eve at the Lambie Queen. Sherwin had a fantastic spread of lobster, Lambie, chicken, ribs and veggies. All the food was delicious and plentiful. Sherwin is a great owner that works very hard to see that his customers are happy and having a good time.

Sherwin is a local man, doing his best. Our reward is real local colour, proper food, live music, a real buzz. Add the characters - sun-lined yachties, chilled-out ancient expats, a couple with, er, local smoking mixture. A steel band punctuated by the crashing of dominoes next door, brilliant! Sometimes the music is a girl steel band, on our night... More
