Brewer's Bay is my and my wife's absolute favorite beach in Tortola. Beautiful, quiet, unspoiled. Ships of any type are prohibited from the bay because of telephone cables that are at the bottom of the bay, so it has never been crowded on any of the multiple times that we have visited this special place. Flocks of diving pelicans provide... More

Been here many times while in Tortola. I enjoy the snorkeling while my wife rents a lounge chair, $5. The bar/restaurant is right on the water with a small outside deck. Inexpensive food and beer a plenty.

This bar/restaurant is located on a scenic stretch of beach. The beach and the bar has hundreds of visitors, so I would not characterize it as remote or secluded. I realize that infrastructure in Tortola might not be what we are all accustomed to. However, a place that receives hundreds of visitors should have toilets that reliably flush and soap... More

Went for the beach, but the bar ended up being a nice treat. Full bar, ice, beer, etc. solid service. We did eat there too, it met expectations of a small grill on the beach. Yeah bathroom isn't much, but who cares. It's not meant to be fine dining. Our goal was to get away from the busy scene and... More

This place was nearby the villa we rented for a week, so we came by this place several times. We only stopped twice, buying a beer each time. The setting is great and this place has all the potential to be one of those hidden treasures, but alas. I've been in cleaner/nicer restrooms at gas stations. Really tacky and disgusting.... More

I have read great reviews of Nicole's, but our experience was awful. The famous "fish burger" was a square fish patty reminiscent of Gorton's. Fris were five, but bland. Condiments were empty. And, worst of all, there was no soap in the bathroom. Drinks were goid and reasonably priced, but food and cleanliness were not great. The location is beautiful,... More

If you're heading to Brewers Bay, Nicole's is your best/only option for food and drinks right on the beach. My husband and I stayed for a week in a villa just down the road, so we ate/drank at Nicole's three times. It's a cute bar right on the beach where they make a pretty wonderful pina colada (though for some... More

Hopefully, Jimmy Buffett won't sue me for using his trademarked phrase "Cheeseburger in paradise". No trip to Tortola is complete without a stop at Nicole's. I have been going to this place for years. Nicole mans the bar and likes to be called Mr. Rhymer. Gina is the cook and has a great smile. Very basic menu, basically just a... More
