The food at the Sugar Mill definitely lived up to its reputation... Fresh, flavorful, beautiful presentation. Service was a different story. When we arrived in the dining room, The greeter was setting a table and moving some lightening as we waited to be acknowledged for...More

This review is for dinner only. We tried to go for lunch, but it was the usual fried fare with no fresh fish. The food at dinner was excellent, the staff lovely, the drinks and food well presented. We went back twice and the food...More

Dining at the Sugar Mill Restaurant is not only a gastronomic delight, the ambience, service, and general conviviality all contribute to the experience. The range of the menu fits all with steak to vegetarian choices. And, of course, the freshest of fish. The soup of...More

From all the great reviews this restaurant gets we expected better. The restaurant is cramped with way too many tables for the space. The food was only average with small portions and it was quite expensive. The service was slow and not that friendly.More

Around xmas we threw out of the restaurant and banned for life a group of vulgar loudmouthed and abusive former patrons. They of course threatened to destroy us on Trip Advisor. But how about trying to make one original and not keep repeating the same...More

We had dinner at the SugarMill restaurant last week. Its a beautiful place but the dinning room was to crowded and we had to shout at the table to be able to communicate. Expectations about the food were high, but the reality was different. I...More

A rum baba is not made with a doughnut. The texture of the dough is denser. It was not stale as we make them fresh daily. Perhaps Krispy Kreme is more your thing.

This was a great restaurant (recommended by out hotel and other locals) for a nice dinner. The stone walls (I assume this is the old sugar mill) and ambience were nice. The food was great (I had the garlic & butter conch) my tablemates had...More
