the food is delicious, service can be slow, but the views make up for it. The seasonings are interesting, make the menu unique.

We had lunch here two days. We're both vegetarians and the curry vegetable rotis were great. Actually had the same thing both trips. Only low score is for value. When you're in St Lucia and the menu prices are listed in US Dollars, that's not a good sign.

Food was always fresh and yummy, with so much to choose from. Fresh ingredients, different combinations and allowed vegetarian and meat lovers to make great selections. Setting is beautiful and we enjoyed the meals here each time (we stayed here so ate there often).

The water's edge setting is beautiful. An interesting menu, but few memorable flavours. The serving style was efficient, but lacked warmth.

Indian/Caribbean fusion food with excellent service. The food was amazing and authentic. The setting is right on the beach only steps from the water. The menu also has items from the grill menu - like 2 restaurants in one venue. We also took a tandoor cooking class from the chef one afternoon which was a great experience. This is a... More

This restaurant is Called Trou au Diable, not Aspara. It is the beach restaurant at Anse Chastenet. Aspara is the name of the Indian fusion menu served at the Trou au Diable restaurant in the evenings, but there is a more conventional Caribbean / international menu available at lunchtimes. When we are in St Lucia we like to drive down... More

had several lunches and a dinner here during our stay at Jade Mountain. Island Chicken sandwich was incredible. They also have a couple of great roti options. Try the banana daiquiri = it is one of the best drinks in the Caribbean.

This was a good meal, but I would say that it doesn't compare as well to the other restaurants on the Jade Mountain and Anse Chastanet resort. The food was tasty, but nothing exceptional. The beach bar is beautiful however, and great for a peaceful pre/post dinner drink.

We stayed at this resort and ate here often for dinner, especially when buffets were served. The buffets were mind boggling with the huge array of culinary offerings and all were scrumptious! We were on a MAP meal plan, I remember thinking how glad I was that we were as the prices were expensive. They often had entertainment as well!

We took the long and crazy drive to Anse Chastanet since the coral reef was recommended. The beach was beautiful and if you walked north it became quite wild and lovely. Our adult childrean wanted to have Pina Colada's on the beach and ordered them from the beach bar, Apsara. They paid over $20 per drink and were totally shocked!... More
