I love this hotel - location, super clean, friendly staff, opportunity to interact with locals, wifi, sturdy continental breakfast, parking, and a great price. This is my zillionth time to stay here and I plan on returning many more times.

A bit on the expensive side, but well worth it. We had a great seafood dinner. Staff was nice and service was prompt. Best spot we ate at the whole trip!

Tradewinds has a long standing positive reputation. I was very disappointed with the menu and the yellow snapper. The location is great and the service is good and maybe breakfast and lunch are better. I'd skip dinner.

We stayed here two nights after a terrible experience at another resort on the island. Although the people were nice, we were practically staying at a bar I would say. Our room was literally behind the bar. Cheap, pleasant, clean enough. 4 points.

Dinner tonight at Trade Winds was great from start to finish. The outdoor seating gives you a fantastic view of the Esperanza harbor and the Malecon. Staff is outgoing, friendly and offers great advice regarding menu options. The menu is quite extensive and truly offers...More
