You must try the Brazo Jitano. Is a pastry only found at Franco. You could taste in a variety of flavors. All the meals served are excelent.

Simple place and great human warmth. Their cuisine is excellent and the desserts very tasty. House of authentic Gypsy Arm. Must be a must stop if you come by the west of Puerto Rico.
You may even see some street sellers on the capital selling ''brazo gitano'' from this people. They are the best at what they do, and have a lot of time doing it.
