This was the best food we had in San Juan. We did the 6 course menu. Everything was great. Loved the pork cheeks. Loved everything. Make reservations as this place fills up. Looking forward to going back.

We had the 5 course dinner, with popcorn shrimp, a special tuna tartar with Harissa, white bean soup (good, but truffle oil was overpowering), special pork belly and scallop, rabbit pasta (excellent), lamb taking (delicious), branzino, and the two chocolate desserts. Everything was good but nothing was memorable. The portion are too large for a tasting course, in our opinion.

As locals we have held off on going but the wait was worth it. Great food, ambiance and service(Craig)!!! Everyone was attentive and Chef Peter takes the time to come to most if not every table. We normally go the Steakhouse house way(RC's, Morton's, etc) for anniversary's but decided on something different. We had the four course with wine pairing.... More

After reading about the difficulty to obtain a booking, we thought it might not even be worth trying spontaneously to get a table - we were lucky, the restaurant keeps a couple of seats at the bar for walk-ins! We loved the bar seating, Christina and Jeff who helped us were great, delivering great, knowledgeable and very personalised service. Sitting... More

Seriously, if you have to save up, it's worth it for a meal at Marmelade . Everything was delicious, especially the paella. Wow! The chef is an artist.

Last evening my wife and I had dinner at Marmalade and we both would place that dinner in our list of "Top Five Percent" EVER. We had a five-course tasting menu and every serving was memorable. Our server was everything one could ask for: knowledgable, friendly, prompt, and attentive without hovering. She described the menu items and made suggestions when... More

We did the four course food and wine pairing. Had a romantic corner booth. Service was outstanding as was the wine. All the food we had was excellent except the foie gras. One piece was delicious and the other was total fat.

My wife and I visited this establishment earlier this week. I had read other reviews and saw that Trip Advisor had it rated the #1 restaurant in San Juan. Based on our experience they hit it right on the head. The restaurant has a modern décor but is very comfortable and was not noisy when we were there. This restaurant... More

The ingredients and preparation were top notch although one dish was over salted as were almost every entrée that we had in Puerto Rico during out six day stay. This was the best of the six different restaurants that we ate in and worth the $100 pp check. I’d suggest reserving a table to the side of the dinning room... More

I took my girlfriend here after reading reviews. It was all the hype. Great service, great food, great ambiance! Note, it's a course meal. You choose 4, 5, or 6 course from the menu. Add wine pairings for an upgrade. You won't be disappointed! Happy Travels and Bon Appetit!
