Amazing Food, Ambiance, and location. One of the best meals I had ever eaten in my life. No visit to Old San Juan is complete without dinner and Pina Coladas at Barrachina. The stuffed seafood, shrimp, and chicken plantains are a must for an appetizer...More

We had a memorable evening of food and flamenco dancing at Barrachina. Flamenco dancers are only there Friday and Saturday night, and it's usually hard to get in, but we were there when no cruise ships were docked and managed to squeeze into the flamenco...More

Stopped in because we liked the looks of the courtyard - and we weren't disappointed. Seating - really nice in the outside courtyard. Lil hot and humid but you're in San Juan so deal with it. Waitstaff - friendly and attentive. Drinks - the Pina...More

The Pina Coladas were soooo good! Food wasn't bad but pricy so if you're going to go I'd recommend going during lunch hours you'll save a few bucks but my family and I enjoyed it!

Went here because it's the birthplace of the piña colada, one of my favorite drinks. The drinks were great, the food was okay, and service was very friendly but slow.

We are arriving in San Juan on Sunday, June 11 to take a cruise on Carnival. We will have several hours before we have to board the ship. I have been reading that you might can check our two bags while we have a look at your city. We will be eating lunch with you, as the reviews have been very positive. Can you advise us of the cost of checking our luggage? Also, how far are you located from the airport? And how far are you from the cruise terminal? Any response or suggestions are greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance, jeff

The Barrachina definitely will take care of your luggage, I recently left mine there pre and post cruise. There is no charge, but we did leave a tip. It depends on how soon you want to go to the ship, ours didn't leave... More
