This place is one of the 2 or 3 that locals mention immediately when asked about a small local place for good homestyle Jamaican cooking. I have dined here before. This is a busy place, with takeout orders all day long. I stopped on for breakfast - salt cod and ackee and it was wonderful. That is a dish I... More

I have eaten at here many times and always enjoy the food and the service . When travelling in February with my seafood loving daughter we ordered garlic shrimp and it was fantastic, with a generous amount of shrimp. Love to eat at the outside tables & watch the traffic go by. Definitely a real "sweet spot" :)

It wasn't our first choice for authentic local food. It is NOT the best local food spot. We ate breakfast and dinner here a couple of times during our 7 day stay. We only ate here because a better option was sold out for breakfast. We had cabbage and kidney for breakfast, it wasn't great but went back again and... More

We tried this place because of TA reviews. 4 of us went and all ordered something different. Not one of us was impressed with our meal. The fish was so dry and the fried chicken was dry. We all thought our food was bland and lacked flavor or spice. The curry chicken was dry and it even had sauce on... More

When you're in Negril, come to Sweet Spot for breakfast. Their "Jamaican breakfast" is made with love. Great coffee, along with an excellent selection gives you a wonderful "sweet spot" to stop along Norman Manley Blvd. for breakfast.

I have been visiting for the past couple of years for Dream Weekend ( I've missed two). Met CC, her sister and her mom, they always make me feel so welcome. The food is delicious. I am a real foodie and this is one of my fav spots to return.

Quaint little restaurant short walk from my hotel. Went in placed my order and within 5mins I was eating. Food delicious and at a very reasonable price by negril standards. Will be going back to try other options there.
