Yes, it's super touristy because Hemingway drank here and they're famous for their daiquiri's. But so what? You're probably a tourist anyway, and it's a quick and fun stop. It's very nice inside, but will probably be very, very crowded. Live music and lots of noise, but the service is brisk enough. 6 CUC for a drink is a bit... More

The best Mojito and Daiquiri in Cuba, and probably in the world! Is not cheap, but you will find the true Cuban 60's environment. You can order a charuto and feel like in a movie.

so I couldn't miss this bar/restaurant with the lifesize statue of the author having drink. There is usually a band near the door, and the place is crowded. The restaurant at the back is a lot less crowded if you intend intimate conversation. The place is touristy, but also provides a real feeling of historic Havana. And by American standards... More

then again, Hemingway drank everywhere. It is a fun tourist spot that overcharges for daiquiris...but hey, it's fun just the same

A pricey tourist restaurant and bar that Hemingway use to hang out. The Hemingway statue is the photo-op and the bar is the main draw. Lively, bustling place with live music. Loved it!

Alldough the bar is beautifull and they had live music and anything else you could dream of when entering a 50s American cocktail bar, it felt too touristy and expensive, compared to the rest of Old Habana.

Yep. It's touristy but who cares. Drop in, have drink (or two), pose with the statue and just have a good time.

I went here as part of a tour group and visited the bar area only. We were there during the day. The bar is in the front and the restaurant in the back. The bar is very touristy. We went for pina coladas. They were very good. They had a very good live band playing. Terrific. The bar is small... More

A great place for fantastic daiquiri's, with a nice story-line connected to Hemmingway. They have loads of variations of daiquiri's and good places at the bar. Bus loads of tourists come, so try to come off peak.
