One of my dining favorites, Bolero's food is consistently good and the service is efficient, friendly and attentive. The maitre d is incredible and on occasion has even remembered my wife's favorite drink. I prefer the booths, but there is also dining on the terrace overlooking Hamilton's Front Street.

I surprised my BF with dinner with his friends for his birthday at this place. He had no idea that I had been planning this since my first visit back in February. I had been in contact with the restaurant for a few months and they were super to work with. I must thank Tyler for all his help in... More

I saw the effort that was put into creating the menu and the presentation, but sadly our dishes lacked the execution to back it up. The only highlight of the night was the pork cheek appetizer but it was downhill from there. The lamb soup was an average, simple broth with lentils. Avocado fries were tasteless as well as the... I am truly sorry you had a disappointing night at Bolero. The lamb soup was indeed a broth style soup but made with a strong lamb stock, savoy cabbage, lentils, caraway and lamb belly, this had been well received by other customers. I cant honestly see what is puzzling about having a yogurt dip to dip avocado fries in. If... More

Our party visited the restaurant recently and were disappointed in the changes made to the menu. We understood that the menu is changed from week to week to keep things interesting, but we were disappointed with the results. For starters, my wife and I had the escargot. It was served in a very fancy sauce, but the sauce was too... More

I am sorry that you weren’t happy with items you had on our weekly changing menu. Before changing to weekly menus we consulted with as many of our regular clients as we could to get their feedback. A very high percentage of clients were all for the idea, simply because they dine here often (particularly business clients) and wanted to... More

Located on the second floor, you could easily miss it as you walk by. Walk a few steps down the alley and you'll find the door leading to what might the best meal on the island. A cozy place with a small lounge which leads into a long, narrow dining room, softly lit and decorated with some unusual art. Don't... More

I was in Bermuda for a relatively short stay and could not visit all the restaurants I wanted to try for dinner. Luckily Bolero is open for lunch. I started with snail fritters, which had a very earthy and deep flavor. Not great and very tender. The short rib sandwich was spot on. My better half had a nice bowl... More

Another amazing meal at Bolero! Dinner was just perfect, the menu is small but varied so something for everyone. I highly recommend the Caesar salad with the crispy poached egg, so scrumptious, my husband had the crab with crispy ginger, which I had to try, so unusual and delicious. My main course was the fish perfectly cooked and I just... More
