Horrible customer service. Rihanna kept on walking off talking to other staff and doing paperwork around the register while I'm standing there waiting. I wanted to order my next tasting, asked a question and she barely answered while already walking away again. Payed $9 for...5 tastings where I barley had anything in my glass to even taste it. 2 women next to me almost got half full glasses. After I payed for 1 bottle I told her that I'm not happy about her walking of that many times and how less I got and she just said "sorry you feel that way" and walked of again without another word. The older man serving there as well told her to not even bother about me after I walked out. Won't come back here for sure.More

We visited the winery on a very rainy day but enjoyed the wine tasting and the restaurant afterward. the restaurant was large and had a very good atmosphere. Well-spaced tables food was great and served up quickly. There are vineyards you can road around along...with a silk work attraction. Small charge for this. Our group arrived on a wine tour so they would have known we were coming. Many of us have done a number of wine tastings at many other vineyards across the country however we can easily agree this was the worst. We were rushed, no...explanations, no stories, no personality. We were snapped at that they could only give 6 wines to taste - fine but that customer was on her sixth while others had only had 4. We saw a tall blonde gentleman with another group doing a much better presentation and wished we’d gotten him. Consequently all our money was spent at another winery who made us feel welcome and took the time to chat and explain things to us. Customer service goes a long way. Mind you, I have been to a wedding at Cedar Creek a few years ago and it was lovely so I guess it just depends on the day.More

Restaurant has indoor and outdoor seating. Food is well priced and service was good. Would highly recommend the Thai Barramundi.

Our family did a wine tasting followed by lunch for my Mother’s birthday. Due to accidents on the highway We were horrendously late and yet the staff were so accommodating and helpful. Kerry and Ali were so lovely and helpful, and taught us about wine...tasting and grapes. We went to the restaurant for lunch- the food was lovely and it is a great set up in the forest. We will definitely be back.More

Got married here 10 years ago and the wedding chapel area is looking much nicer now. The restaurant is nice, but the staff member serving us for lunch had no idea about the available wines, which is pretty poor for a winery.

Judi was the real highlight of our wine tour today at Mt Tamborine. She embraced our group while giving us insightful information about wine and their vineyards. She taught us many things from how to hold a wine glass gobally, to what seduction is. Judi...keep doing your thing. Keep that bell ringing. After reading previous reviews we were hesitant to have Father's Day lunch at the winery but we are so happy that we did. The staff were friendly, polite & helpful. Lunch was served promptly, it was tasty with the duck being tender, not an overly...large selection of main meals but enough variety. Dessert was delicious, again limited selection but the staple favourites on offer. Staff regularly checked on us, we could not fault the service or food and would be happy to return. My father has mobility issues but there were 2 disabled parks provided and an easy walk to the restaurant. We sampled wines at the cellar door afterwards and again great friendly service. Please have your own experience rather than avoid due to earlier reviews. I do not always write reviews but feel this was necessary to support a restaurant that is doing a great job.More

We booked lunch here before our Glowworm Tour thinking that a restaurant attached to a winery would mean good quality food. It was mediocre at best. The meals came out about 5 minutes after we ordered so that in itself is a bad sign. Everything...was obviously prepackaged and/or premade and lacking in flavour and creativity. For $70 for two burgers, a kids meal and a bowl of chips, we regretted our choice. That said, the waitstaff were friendly so that’s why we rated it two stars!More

Enjoyed a lovely lunch today at Cedar Creek Estate Vineyard restaurant. Very friendly and helpful staff who deserve a positive review. We noticed some adverse staff reviews in the past so figured some well overdue praise was in order. Obviously management has acted on previous...reviews. Visited Cedar Creek Wine Estate yesterday. Our wine tasting went well until our partners and children were rudely chased away from the table they were sitting at by Judi Anne jaques to make place for others. I have never witnessed such rude obnoxious behaviour from...a staff member of a winery towards patrons. Disgraceful inexcusable conduct. She also stated that the children should stay outside (this during a rainstorm). The Cedar Creek staff member serving us agreed she was rude and gave us full tasting refund. Cedar Creek you can do better than to employ this person Judi. She cost you over $200 in cancelled wine purchases yesterday. Two of the adults and one child she asked to leave the table were Asian. The child felt Judi was racist in her treatment of them.More

I could not fault the delicious food but the customer service was extremely poor. We I was there with my elderly parents and realise that the restaurant was extremely busy. We ordered a cider each. My mother’s was served reasonably fast but after speaking to...the waitress for our drinks 10 minutes later she ignored us. So after another 10 minutes my mother went to the bar to request our drinks they still never came. My father then went to the manager and the waitress bought our drinks after we had finished our meal. I accepted mine but my father declined his because he wanted it for his meal. Then tea and coffee orders were taken. We all ordered coffee but the rest of our table ordered tea. The manager and staff served out the tea and coffee to the restaurant and came to the table twice and asked who ordered tea and served those who had but we said we ordered coffee. Everyone else in the restaurant got served, once again we missed out we notified the manager and she came to the table with the coffee and rudely stated that she had asked twice and I replied no you didn’t you asked who wanted coffee and we said no you asked who ordered tea and we said we ordered coffee. The coffee we were served was lukewarm. Even though the restaurant was so busy there was no need for such poor service and rude attitudes. The booking for the bus group was made some time ago so maybe they should have had more staff!More
