My girlfriend and I had the opportunity to dine at this restaurant for as part of a special 99th month (in Mandarin, 9 sounds like long, so it's a good thing to celebrate us being together for long-long time!) together! Made our reservations via opentable.jp,...More

Awarded 3 Michelin stars, Fujiya 1935 serves molecular food so it’s also a multisensory experience. Everything is so elaborate down to a closed wooden box with hot stone to serve the bread so they remain warm but crisp outside. Some of the dishes were garnished...More

It is best to ask your hotel concierge to check with the restaurant directly when the hotel concierge is making reservation for you. The menu I had was a mixed of meat and vegetarian dishes.
